I am delighted, on behalf of the congregation at Rosyth Methodist Church, to offer my warm congratulations to Lorraine Wilkinson on being awarded an Honorary MBE.

This honour recognises Lorraine’s faithful, dedicated, and diligent service to the community in Fife, in her work as a Lecturer at Fife College and as a volunteer. It is a fitting public recognition of the contribution she has made over many years.

As presbyter of the church, I give thanks for all that Lorraine has offered in service, and I invite the congregation to join me in praying for God’s continued blessing upon her as this honour is formally published and as she continues to contribute so much to the life of the wider community.
