Advent Study GroupAdvent Study Group Advent Ecumenical Study Group The material for this year's study is a booklet by Krish Kandiah titled A Strange Christmas. It's about the people surrounding the birth - strange people like shepherds, bolshie innkeepers, soothsayers, an even stranger king, and a poverty- and scandal-stricken family. Yet the birth fulfils Scripture, down to the finest detail. The study is covered in 4 sessions, this is week 2, finishing on Monday 17 December, starting each time at 7.30pm in the Parish Church. All are very welcome.
