Saturday@Six - Arumina Project, KolkataSaturday@Six - Arumina Project, Kolkata Harvest Supper and Guest speaker Ross Stirling, the lay representative of St Finnian’s, Lochgelly, will join us to tell us about the Arumina AIDS Hospice, Kolkata, which he is supporting. The Hospice, which is linked with our Diocese, helps children who are either HIV positive, have AIDS or they are the children of parents who have died of AIDS. It is very much in need of support. Ross has already raised funds to support it and he and a colleague from Fife College visited Kolkata in April with the aim of building new relationships between the hospice and Fife College, as well as continuing established links with our Diocese. We would like to support the project and are delighted to welcome Ross to give us first-hand knowledge of what is happening and how the money he has raised so far is helping the Hospice. The evening will start with food with an Indian flavour at 6pm, followed by Ross’s talk. Entrance is by free ticket (to ascertain the numbers for catering) now available from Myra Tarr and Gwyneth Kirby. Those attending will be asked for a donation towards Ross’s project. The Harvest Supper is always enjoyable so please do join us for an evening of friendship and fellowship. .
