Everyone in Scotland with any connection to Methodism is invited to attend ‘Gathering to Scatter’ – the Scottish Methodist Gathering which will take place in Perth from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 September.  Starting with a ceilidh, ‘Gathering to Scatter’ offers a wide-ranging, all-age programme to dip into with worship, prayer and bible study, sessions with John Bell and Fischy Music, chat show, craft, pilgrimage, intergenerational activities and more.  The main venue for the weekend is the Salutation Hotel, Perth, and this is where Synod members will meet on Saturday morning.  An alternative to Synod will be hosted at Perth Methodist Church.  There is no charge for the Gathering, but please register through the Eventbrite site (scottishmethodistgathering.org) where much more information can be found.
